What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect only what you give us:
- your name;
- your phone number;
- your email address, if you provide one;
- the details of your project that you choose to include in the message.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any special category data through this website.
Why we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation or site visit, and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — replying to someone who has asked us to get in touch. We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Where we go on to work together, project records are kept for 6 years after completion to meet our contractual, warranty and tax obligations.
Who else sees it
Your details are handled by our own team. They are also stored on our website hosting and email systems, which act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies required for it to function. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. If they are added later, a consent banner will appear before they load.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it, and you can object to our processing. Write to info@luxuryhouse.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
